The dwelling was built in the 17th-C. It was the residence of the Seneschal of Guérande in the 18th-C. It consists of a main building flanked by a large square stair tower against the rear façade.
Built of coated granite rubble, it has four levels: basement, ground floor, first floor and attic, under a long-pitched slate roof with an elegant coyau. A stair tower topped with a hipped roof completes the ensemble, while the exposed gables are magnified by finials.
Inside, the house was restored in 2023: the current décor blends perfectly with the old character of the place, its high ceilings, parquet floors, monumental fireplaces and exposed beams. The place is warm, comfortable and elegant.
The floor area is over 300 sqm. On the ground floor, an entrance hall leads to a large dining room with solid wood flooring, a huge fireplace and exposed beams. There is a cosy kitchen with a recently fitted kitchen. A laundry room. A toilet.
On the first floor, there is a huge living room of around 40 sqm with parquet flooring and two monumental fireplaces. A master suite with bedroom, bathroom and toilet.
